A szabály indoklása
Korlátozzuk a meztelenség, illetve a szexuális tevékenységek megjelenítését, mivel közösségünkön belül vannak olyan emberek, akik – főként kulturális hátterük vagy életkoruk miatt – érzékenyek lehetnek az ilyen jellegű tartalomra.
Tisztában vagyunk azzal, hogy a meztelenség megosztásának sokféle oka lehet, használhatják például a tiltakozás egy formájaként, felhívhatják vele a figyelmet valamilyen ügyre, illetve szolgálhat oktatási vagy egészségügyi célokat. Ahol ez helyénvaló, és egyértelmű az ilyen szándék, engedményeket teszünk a tartalomra vonatkozóan. Tiltjuk például a női mellet mellbimbóval együtt megjelenítő képeket, de az olyan képek közzétételét megengedjük, amelyek tiltakozást, csecsemőt szoptató nőt vagy emlőamputáció utáni heget ábrázolnak (néha kényes tartalomra figyelmeztető képernyővel és életkor szerinti korlátozásokkal ellátva). Engedélyezzük a meztelenséget ábrázoló valós művészeti alkotásokat is, például festmények, szobrok stb. fényképeit (néha kényes tartalomra figyelmeztető képernyővel és életkor szerinti korlátozásokkal ellátva). A szexuális jellegű képeket a nem beleegyezésen alapuló vagy kiskorúakat ábrázoló tartalom közzétételének megelőzése érdekében alapértelmezés szerint eltávolítjuk.
E szabályunk alapján eltávolítjuk a meztelenséget, illetve szexuális tevékenységet ábrázoló valódi fényképeket és videókat, a meztelenség, illetve a szexuális tevékenység MI vagy számítógép által generált képeit, valamint az ilyen digitális képi ábrázolásokat is (függetlenül attól, hogy „fotorealisztikusak”-e, vagyis valódi személy ábrázolásának tűnnek-e). A fentebb említetteknek megfelelően körültekintően meghatározott kivételeket alkalmazunk a fizikai műalkotásokra, továbbá bizonyos orvosi, oktató jellegű és figyelemfelhívó tartalmakra vonatkozóan, és ezen kivételszabályok részletesen szerepelnek a szabályzatban.
A gyermekek meztelenségéhez kapcsolódó tartalmakkal a gyermekek szexuális kizsákmányolására, gyermekek elleni erőszakra és meztelenségre vonatkozó közösségi alapelvünk foglalkozik.
Egyetlen felhasználó esetében sem engedélyezzük az alábbi tartalmakat:
Felnőtt meztelenség
  • Felnőttek meztelenségét ábrázoló fotorealisztikus/digitális képek, ha az alábbiak bármelyike szerepel rajtuk:
    • Látható nemi szervek (akkor is, ha szeméremszőrzet takarja őket vagy digitálisan le vannak fedve);
    • Látható végbélnyílás és/vagy közeli felvételek látható fenékről;
    • Látható női mellbimbók, kivéve szoptatási vagy tiltakozási kontextusban;
  • Az ágyékra, női mellekre vagy fenékre fókuszáló, a rajtuk ábrázolt személy(ek) tudta nélkül rögzített fotorealisztikus/digitális videók.
  • Fontos tudni, hogy bizonyos korlátozásokkal egyéb speciális – például orvosi vagy egészségügyi – kontextusban engedélyezhetjük a felnőttek meztelenségének ábrázolását. Ezt az alábbi szakaszokban részletezzük.
Felnőtt szexuális tevékenység
  • Felnőttek szexuális tevékenységét ábrázoló fotorealisztikus/digitális képek, beleértve az alábbiakat:
    • nyílt szexuális tevékenység vagy ingerlés:
      • nyílt közösülés vagy orális szex – ha a képen az látható, hogy egy személy szája vagy nemi szerve egy másik személy nemi szervébe vagy végbélnyílásába hatol, azzal érintkezik, vagy a nemi szervet egy szexjátékra vagy szexjátékba helyezik, és legalább az egyik személy nemi szerve vagy végbélnyílása látható;
      • egy személy nemi szervének vagy végbélnyílásának kifejezett ingerlése – ha a képen az látható, hogy egy személy nemi szervét vagy végbélnyílását szexuális játékszerrel ingerlik, illetve behatolás történik szexuális játékszerrel egy személy nemi szervébe vagy végbélnyílásába úgy, hogy a nemi szervvel vagy végbélnyílással való érintkezés közvetlenül látható.
    • Burkolt szexuális tevékenység vagy ingerlés:
      • burkolt közösülés vagy orális szex – ha a képen az látható, hogy egy személy szája vagy nemi szerve egy másik személy nemi szervébe vagy végbélnyílásába hatol, illetve azzal érintkezésbe kerül úgy, hogy a nemi szerv/végbélnyílás, vagy pedig a behatolás/érintkezés közvetlenül nem látható;
      • egy személy nemi szervének vagy végbélnyílásának burkolt ingerlése – ha a képen az látható, hogy egy személy nemi szervét vagy végbélnyílását szexuális játékszerrel ingerlik, vagy szexuális játékszert helyeznek egy személy nemi szervébe vagy végbélnyílásába vagy az fölé, vagy a nemi szerv szexjátékra vagy szexjátékba helyezése úgy, hogy nem látszik közvetlenül a nemi szerv vagy a végbélnyílás, az ingerlés, a ráhelyezés és/vagy a behatolás;
      • küszöbön álló szexuális tevékenység, amelyet arra utaló pozíciók jeleznek, hogy egy személy keze, szája vagy nemi szerve hamarosan érintkezni fog egy másik személy nemi szervével vagy végbélnyílásával;
    • egyéb szexuális tevékenység vagy ingerlés;
      • erekció;
      • szexuális tevékenység melléktermékeinek jelenléte;
      • szexjátékok szájra helyezése vagy szájba vétele;
      • látható emberi mellbimbó ingerlése;
      • női mell összenyomása (a definíció szerint az ujjak behajlításával járó fogó mozdulat, amelynek szemmel látható jelei vannak és a mell egyértelmű alakváltozásával is jár). A női mell összenyomásának ábrázolása a szoptatás kontextusában megengedett.
    • Fétist ábrázoló fotorealisztikus/digitális képek vagy valós művészeti alkotások, amelyek a következőket tartalmazzák:
      • olyan cselekmények, amelyek valószínűleg egy ember vagy állat halálához vezetnek;
      • végtagok levágása;
      • kannibalizmus;
      • ürülék, vizelet, köpet, orrváladék, menstruáció vagy hányás;
      • bestialitás;
      • vérfertőzés;
      • BDSM (megkötözés és fegyelmezés, dominancia és alávetettség, szadizmus és mazochizmus), csak abban az esetben, ha szexuális jellegű elemek is jelen vannak.
  • Nyílt szexuális tevékenységet vagy ingerlést orvosi vagy egészségügyi kontextusban ábrázoló fotorealisztikus képek
  • Szexuális tevékenységről készített hosszabb hangfelvétel.
  • Fontos tudni, hogy bizonyos korlátozásokkal egyéb speciális – például orvosi vagy egészségügyi – kontextusban engedélyezhetjük szexuális tevékenység ábrázolását. Ezt az alábbi szakaszokban részletezzük.
A következő tartalmaknál a tartalom megtekintését legalább 18 éves felhasználókra korlátozzuk, és címkével jelezzük, hogy az emberek tisztában legyenek a tartalom potenciálisan kényes jellegével:
  • nyílt szexuális tevékenységet vagy ingerlést orvosi vagy egészségügyi kontextusban ábrázoló digitális képek és valós művészeti alkotások;
  • burkolt vagy egyéb szexuális tevékenységet vagy ingerlést orvosi vagy egészségügyi kontextusban ábrázoló fotorealisztikus/digitális képek és valós művészeti alkotások;
  • látható nemi szerveket, látható végbélnyílást, látható fenékről készült közeli felvételeket vagy látható női mellbimbót nemváltó műtét kontextusában ábrázoló fotorealisztikus/digitális képek és valós művészeti alkotások;
  • látható nemi szerveket (beleértve a digitálisan lefedett, elhomályosított és a csak szeméremszőrzettel eltakart nemi szerveket), látható végbélnyílást, látható fenék vagy látható női mellbimbók közeli felvételeit ábrázoló valós művészeti alkotások, amennyiben a meztelenség áll a kép középpontjában, és a kontextus nem orvosi vagy egészségügyi jellegű;
  • látható nemi szerveket (beleértve a digitálisan lefedett, elhomályosított és a szeméremszőrzettel eltakart nemi szerveket), látható fenék, látható végbélnyílás vagy látható női mellbimbók közeli felvételeit ábrázoló fotorealisztikus/digitális képek, amennyiben azokat éhínség, népirtás, háborús vagy emberiesség elleni bűncselekmények kontextusában osztják meg.
Az alábbi tartalmaknál a tartalom láthatóságát a felnőttekre – a legalább 18 éves személyekre – korlátozzuk:
  • majdnem meztelen testet (pl. digitálisan vagy átlátszatlan tárggyal lefedett vagy bizonyos esetekben átlátszó ruházattal takart meztelenséget) ábrázoló fotorealisztikus/digitális képek;
  • fotorealisztikus/digitális képek személyekről, amelyeken az ágyék, a fenék vagy a női mell(ek) áll(nak) a kép középpontjában;
  • fotorealisztikus/digitális képek és valós művészeti alkotások nyílt, burkolt vagy egyéb szexuális tevékenységről vagy ingerlésről, amikor csak a test formái vagy körvonalai láthatók.
  • Fizikai műalkotások, amelyeknél:
    • a képek burkolt, nyílt vagy egyéb szexuális tevékenységet vagy ingerlést ábrázolnak, kivéve, ha orvosi vagy egészségügyi kontextusban osztják meg őket.
    • a képek bestialitást ábrázolnak, feltéve, hogy a megosztás semleges vagy elítélő jellegű, és az ábrázolt emberek vagy állatok nem valódiak.
  • Felismert fiktív fotorealisztikus képek, amelyek burkolt vagy más szexuális tevékenységet vagy ingerlést ábrázolnak.
  • Az alábbiakat ábrázoló fotorealisztikus/digitális képek és valós művészeti alkotások:

Policy Rationale
We restrict the display of nudity or sexual activity because some people in our community may be sensitive to this type of content, particularly due to cultural background or age.
We understand that nudity can be shared for a variety of reasons, including as a form of protest, to raise awareness about a cause or for educational or medical reasons. Where appropriate and such intent is clear, we make allowances for the content. For example, while we restrict some images of female breasts that include the nipple, we allow other images, including those depicting acts of protest, women actively engaged in breast-feeding and photos of post-mastectomy scarring (sometimes labeled with a sensitive warning screen and age-based restrictions). We also allow real world art that depicts nudity such as photographs of paintings, sculptures, etc (sometimes labeled with a sensitive warning screen and age-based restrictions). We default to removing sexual imagery to prevent the sharing of non-consensual or underage content.
Under this policy, we remove real photographs and videos of nudity and sexual activity, AI- or computer-generated images of nudity and sexual activity, and digital imagery, regardless of whether it looks “photorealistic” (as in, it looks like a real person). As noted above, we also make careful allowances for real world art and certain medical, educational, and awareness-raising content, and these are detailed in the policy.
Content relating to child nudity is addressed in our Community Standard on Child Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Nudity.
We do not allow the following content for all users:
Adult Nudity
  • Photorealistic/digital imagery of adult nudity, if it depicts:
    • Visible genitalia (including when obscured by pubic hair or digital overlays)
    • Visible anuses and/or close-ups of visible buttocks
    • Visible female nipples, except in a breastfeeding, or act of protest context
  • Photorealistic/ digital videos that focus on commonly sexualized body parts (such as genitalia, crotch, female breasts, anus,or buttocks, lips, mouth/tongue) recorded without the awareness of the person(s) depicted in them
  • Photorealistic/ digital imagery or real world art depicting upskirt imagery of sexualized body parts
  • Note that with some restrictions, we may allow depictions of adult nudity in additional special contexts, such as medical or health contexts. This is covered in greater detail in the sections below.
Adult Sexual Activity
  • Photorealistic/ digital imagery of adult sexual activity, including:
    • Explicit sexual activity or stimulation:
      • Explicit sexual intercourse or oral sex, as indicated by a person’s mouth or genitals entering or in contact with another person's genitals or anus, or genitals placed upon or inserted into a sex toy, when at least one person's genitals or anus is visible
      • Explicit stimulation of a person’s genitals or anus, as indicated by stimulation, or the insertion of sex toys into the person’s genitals or anus, when the contact with the genitals or anus is directly visible
    • Implicit sexual activity or stimulation:
      • Implicit sexual intercourse or oral sex, as indicated by a person’s mouth or genitals entering or in contact with another person's genitals or anus, when the genitals or anus and/or the entry or contact is not directly visible
      • Implicit stimulation of a person’s genitals or anus, as indicated by stimulation, or the placement of sex toys above or insertion of sex toys into the person’s genitals or anus, or genitals placed upon or inserted into a sex toy, when the genitals or anus, stimulation, placement, and/or insertion is not directly visible
      • Impending sexual activity, as indicated by positions which suggest contact is about to be initiated between a person's hand, mouth or genitals with another person's genitals or anus.
    • Other sexual activity or stimulation:
      • Erections
      • Presence of by-products of sexual activity
      • Sex toys placed upon or inserted into mouth
      • Stimulation of visible human nipples
      • Squeezing female breasts, defined as a grabbing motion with curved fingers that shows both marks and clear shape change of the breasts. We allow squeezing in breastfeeding contexts.
    • Photorealistic/ digital imagery or real world art depicting fetish that involves the following:
      • Acts that are likely to lead to the death of a person or animal
      • Dismemberment
      • Cannibalism
      • Feces, urine, spit, snot, menstruation or vomit
      • Bestiality
      • Incest
      • BDSM (bondage and discipline, domination and submission, sadism and masochism), only when sexual indicators are also present
  • Photorealistic imagery of explicit sexual activity or stimulation in a medical or health context
  • Extended audio of sexual activity
  • Note that with some restrictions, we may allow depictions of sexual activity in special contexts, such as medical or health contexts. This is covered in greater detail in the sections below.
For the following content, we limit the ability to view the content to users, ages 18 and older and include a label so that people are aware the content may be sensitive:
  • Digital imagery and real world art of explicit sexual activity or stimulation in a medical or health context
  • Photorealistic/ digital imagery and real world art of implicit or other sexual activity or stimulation in a medical or health context
  • Photorealistic/digital imagery and real-world art of visible genitalia, visible anuses, close-ups of visible buttocks or visible female nipples in the context of gender confirmation surgery
  • Real world art of visible genitalia (including genitalia covered by digital overlay or obscurement and genitalia obscured by pubic hair only), visible anuses, close-ups of visible buttocks or visible female nipples, where the nudity is the focus of the image and not in a medical or health context
  • Photorealistic/ digital imagery of visible genitalia (including genitalia covered by digital overlay or obscurement and genitalia obscured by pubic hair), close-ups of visible buttocks, visible anuses or visible female nipples, when shared in the context of famine, genocide, war crimes, or crimes against humanity
For the following content, we limit the ability to view the content to adults, ages 18 and older:
  • Photorealistic/digital imagery depicting near nudity such as nudity covered only by digital overlay or an opaque object and certain instances of nudity obscured by see-through clothing
  • Photorealistic/digital imagery of persons where crotch, buttock or female breast(s) are the focus of the image
  • Photorealistic/ digital imagery and real world art of explicit, implicit or other sexual activity or stimulation when only body shapes or contours are visible
  • Real-world art, where
    • Imagery depicts implicit, explicit, or other sexual activity or stimulation except when posted in a medical or health context
    • Imagery depicts bestiality, provided it is shared neutrally or in condemnation and the people or animals depicted are not real.
  • Recognized fictional photorealistic imagery depicting implicit or other sexual activity or stimulation
  • Photorealistic/digital imagery and real world art depicting:
    • Sex-related activity such as kissing with visible tongue and sexual or erotic dancing
    • Persons simulating sexual activity
    • Gestures that signify genitalia, masturbation, oral sex, or sexual intercourse
    • Logos, screenshots or video clips of known pornographic websites
  • Content that contains audio of sexual activity
For the following content, we include a label so that people are aware the content may be sensitive:
  • Photorealistic/ digital imagery and real world art depicting:
    • Visible genitalia (including genitalia covered by digital overlay or obscurement and genitalia obscured by pubic hair), close-ups of visible buttocks, or visible anuses, when shared in a medical or health context. This can include, for example:
      • Birth-giving and after-birth giving moments
      • Self-examination for cancer or other disease
  • Visible female nipples, when shared in a medical or health context (including mastectomy or cancer survivor tattoos)
For the following Community Standards, we require additional information and/or context to enforce:
  • In certain cases, we will allow content for ages 18 and older with a label that may otherwise violate the Community Standards when it is determined that the content is satirical. Content will only be allowed if the violating elements of the content are being satirised or attributed to something or someone else in order to mock or criticize them.
Policy Rationale

      • Explicit sexual intercourse or oral sex, as indicated by a person’s mouth or genitals entering or in contact with another person's genitals or anus, or genitals placed upon or inserted into a sex toy, when at least one person's genitals or anus is visible
      • Explicit stimulation of a person’s genitals or anus, as indicated by stimulation, or the insertion of sex toys into the person’s genitals or anus, when the contact with the genitals or anus is directly visible
    • Implicit sexual activity or stimulation:
      • Implicit sexual intercourse or oral sex, as indicated by a person’s mouth or genitals entering or in contact with another person's genitals or anus, when the genitals or anus and/or the entry or contact is not directly visible
      • Implicit stimulation of a person’s genitals or anus, as indicated by stimulation, or the placement of sex toys above or insertion of sex toys into the person’s genitals or anus, or genitals placed upon or inserted into a sex toy, when the genitals or anus, stimulation, placement, and/or insertion is not directly visible
      • Impending sexual activity, as indicated by positions which suggest contact is about to be initiated between a person's hand, mouth or genitals with another person's genitals or anus.
    • Other sexual activity or stimulation:
      • Erections
      • Presence of by-products of sexual activity

We restrict the display of nudity or sexual activity because some people in our community may be sensitive to this type of content, particularly due to cultural background or age.
We understand that nudity can be shared for a variety of reasons, including as a form of protest, to raise awareness about a cause or for educational or medical reasons. Where appropriate and such intent is clear, we make allowances for the content. For example, while we restrict some images of female breasts that include the nipple, we allow other images, including those depicting acts of protest, women actively engaged in breast-feeding and photos of post-mastectomy scarring. We also allow real world art that depicts nudity such as photographs of paintings, sculptures, etc. We default to removing sexual imagery to prevent the sharing of non-consensual or underage content.
Under this policy, we remove real photographs and videos of nudity and sexual activity, AI- or computer-generated images of nudity and sexual activity, and digital imagery, regardless of whether it looks “photorealistic” (as in, it looks like a real person). As noted above, we also make careful allowances for real world art and certain medical, educational, and awareness-raising content, and these are detailed in the policy.
