- pažeidžia mūsų Bendruomenės standartus, susijusius su didele žala, įskaitant tuos, dėl kurių kreipiamės į teisėsaugos institucijas, nes gresia neišvengiama žala asmens ar visuomenės saugumui;
- pažeidžia mūsų Bendruomenės standartus, susijusius su bet kokia žala, dėl kurios reikia kreiptis į teisėsaugos institucijas dėl gresiančios žalos asmeniui ar visuomenės saugumui pavojaus;
- pažeidžia mūsų Reklamavimo standartus, susijusius su apgaulinga ar pavojinga verslo daroma žala;
- nuolat pažeidžia mūsų Bendruomenės standartus skelbdami pažeidžiantį turinį ir (arba) valdydami reikalavimus pažeidžiančius subjektus ar verslo išteklius;
- nuolat pažeidžia mūsų Reklamavimo standartus;
- demonstruoja veiklą ar elgesį, rodantį aiškų siekį pažeisti reikalavimus;
- priklauso tam pačiam asmeniui ar subjektui kaip ir paskyra, kuri buvo išjungta;
- buvo sukurti ar pakartotinai pritaikyti, kad išvengtų ankstesnio paskyros ar subjekto pašalinimo, įskaitant atvejus, kai paskyra ar subjektas priklauso tam pačiam asmeniui, o turinys nesiskiria nuo jau mūsų pašalintų paskyrų ar subjektų turinio;
- buvo sukurti siekiant susisiekti su paskyrą užblokavusiu naudotoju;
- kitaip naudojami siekiant išvengti mūsų vykdymo užtikrinimo veiksmų ar peržiūros procesų.
Galime apriboti arba išjungti paskyras, kitus subjektus (puslapius, grupes, įvykius) arba įmonės išteklius („Business Manager“, reklamų paskyras), kurie:
- yra glaudžiai susiję su paskyrų ar kitų subjektų tinklu, kuris pažeidžia arba nepaiso mūsų politikos;
- rodo paskyrų ar kitų subjektų, kurie nuolat ar šiurkščiai pažeidinėja mūsų politiką, koordinavimą tinkle;
- demonstruoja veiklą ar elgesį, rodantį aiškų siekį pažeisti reikalavimus naudojant paskyrų tinklą.
Sieksime apriboti arba išjungti paskyras ar kitus subjektus (puslapius, grupes, įvykius) arba įmonės išteklius („Business Manager“, reklamų paskyras), kurie užsiima ne platformoje vykdoma veikla, galinčia pakenkti mūsų platformai, įskaitant tuos, kurie:
- priklauso už seksualinius nusikaltimus nuteistiems asmenims, asmenims, nuteistiems už nusikaltimus, susijusius su vaikų ir suaugusiųjų seksualiniu išnaudojimu;
- priklauso ypatingam subjektui arba veikia jo vardu;
- paskyros, į kurias buvo įsilaužta;
- paskyra ar kitas subjektas sukuriamas arba naudojamas automatinėmis priemonėmis, pavyzdžiui, naudojant scenarijus (išskyrus atvejus, kai scenarijaus kūrimo veikla vykdoma autorizuotais būdais ir kitaip nepažeidžia mūsų taisyklių);
- tuščios paskyros, kurios ilgą laiką buvo nenaudojamos.

Policy Rationale
In order to maintain a safe environment and empower free expression, we restrict or remove accounts that are harmful to the community. We have built a combination of automated and manual systems to restrict and remove accounts that are used to egregiously or persistently violate our policies across any of our products.
Because account removal is a serious action, whenever possible, we aim to give our community opportunities to learn our rules and follow our Community Standards. For example, a notification is issued each time we remove content, and in most cases we also provide people with information about the nature of the violation and any restrictions that are applied. Our enforcement actions are designed to be proportional to the severity of the violation, the history of violations on the account, and the risk or harm posed to the community. Continued violations, despite repeated warnings and restrictions, or violations that pose severe safety risks will lead to an account being disabled.

We may restrict or disable accounts, other entities (Pages, groups, events) or business assets (Business Managers, ad accounts) that:
- Violate our Community Standards involving egregious harms, including those we refer to law enforcement due to the risk of imminent harm to individual or public safety
- Violate our Community Standards involving any harms that warrant referral to law enforcement due to the risk of imminent harm to individual of public safety
- Violate our Advertising Standards involving deceptive or dangerous business harms
- Persistently violate our Community Standards by posting violating content and/or managing violating entities or business assets
- Persistently violate our Advertising Standards
- Demonstrate activity or behavior indicative of a clear violating purpose
- Belong to users under 18 that persistently violate our Community Standards by posting or sharing content that is not age-appropriate, including (but not limited to) adult nudity or sexual activity, promotion or depiction of drugs, alcohol, or tobacco, graphic violence, or self-harm or eating disorders”
We may restrict or disable accounts, other entities (Pages, groups, events) or business assets (Business Managers, ad accounts) that are:
- Owned by the same person or entity as an account that has been disabled
- Created or repurposed to evade a previous account or entity removal, including those assessed to have common ownership and content as previously removed accounts or entities
- Created to contact a user that has blocked an account
- Otherwise used to evade our enforcement actions or review processes
We may restrict or disable accounts, other entities (Pages, groups, events) or business assets (Business Managers, ad accounts) that demonstrate:
- Close linkage with a network of accounts or other entities that violate or evade our policies
- Coordination within a network of accounts or other entities that persistently or egregiously violate our policies
- Activity or behavior indicative of a clear violating purpose through a network of accounts
We will work to restrict or disable accounts or other entities (Pages, groups, events), or business assets (Business Managers, ad accounts) that engage in off-platform activity that can lead to harm on our platform, including those:
- Owned by a convicted sex offender, convicted of offences related to the sexual abuse of children or adults
- Owned by a Designated Entity or run on their behalf
- Prohibited from receiving our products, services or software under applicable laws
In the following scenarios, we may request additional information about an account to ascertain ownership and/or permissible activity:
- Compromised accounts
- Creating or using an account or other entity through automated means, such as scripting (unless the scripting activity occurs through authorized routes and does not otherwise violate our policies)
- Empty accounts with prolonged dormancy

Policy Rationale
In order to maintain a safe environment and empower free expression, we remove accounts that are harmful to the community, including those that compromise the security of other accounts and our services. We have built a combination of automated and manual systems to block and remove accounts that are used to persistently or egregiously abuse our Community Standards.
Because account level removal is a severe action, whenever possible, we aim to give our community a chance to learn our rules and follow our Community Standards. Penalties, including account disables, are designed to be proportionate to the severity of the violation and the risk of harm posed to the community. Continued violations, despite repeated warnings and restrictions, or violations that pose severe safety risks will lead to an account being disabled.

Policy Rationale
Authenticity is the cornerstone of our community. We believe that authenticity helps create a community where people are accountable to each other, and to Facebook, in meaningful ways. We want to allow for the range of diverse ways that identity is expressed across our global community, while also preventing impersonation and identity misrepresentation. That is why we require people to connect on Facebookcreate a Facebook account using the name they go by in everyday life. Our authenticity policies are intended to create a safe environment where people can trust and hold one another accountable.

We do not allow the use of our services and will restrict or disable accounts or other entities (such as pages, groups, and events) if you:
- Severely violate our Community Standards.
- Persistently violate our Community Standards.
- Coordinate as part of a network of accounts or other entities in order to violate or evade our Community Standards.
- Represent Dangerous Individuals or Organizations.
- Create or use an account that demonstrates an intent to violate our Community Standards.
- Create or use an account by scripted or other inauthentic means.
- Create an account, Page, Group or Event to evade our enforcement actions, including creating an account to bypass a restriction or after we have disabled your previous account, Page, Group or Event.
- Impersonate others by:
- Using their photos with the explicit aim to deceive others.
- Creating an account assuming to be or speak for another person or entity.
- Creating a Page assuming to be or speak for another person or entity for whom the user is not authorized to do so.
- Are under 13 years old.
- Are a convicted sex offender.
- Are prohibited from receiving our products, services or software under applicable laws.
In certain cases, such as those outlined below, we will seek further information about an account before taking actions ranging from temporarily restricting accounts to permanently disabling them.
- Accounts misrepresenting their identity (Facebook and Messenger only) by:
- Using a name that is not the authentic name you go by in everyday life
- Using an inherently violating name, containing slurs or any other violations of the Community Standards
- Providing a false date of birth.
- Creating a single account that represents or is used by more than one person.
- Maintaining multiple accounts as a single user.
- Compromised accounts.
- Empty accounts with prolonged dormancy.
The policy is being updated to clarify that creating or using an account by scripted or other inauthentic means is not permitted. This isn’t a new policy but a clarification of a long-standing policy against inauthentic activity.

Policy Rationale
Authenticity is the cornerstone of our community. We believe that authenticity helps create a community where people are more accountable for their statements and actions when they use their authentic identities.to each other, and to Facebook, in meaningful ways. We want to allow for the range of diverse ways that identity is expressed across our global community, while also preventing impersonation and identity misrepresentation. That's why we require people to connect on Facebook using the name they go by in everyday life. Our authenticity policies are intended to create a safe environment where people can trust and hold one another accountable.
